Dr. Charles Nutting is world renown for interventional treatment of liver cancer. He performs leading-edge procedures including chemoembolization, radiofrequency ablation and internal radiation therapy. He also treats endovascular disease, vein disorders and cancer in local and regional hospitals throughout the Rocky Mountain region. He is Chief of Interventional Radiology at Sky Ridge Medical Center in Lone Tree, Colorado. Dr. Nutting was the first physician in the United States to do liver radioembolization with Sir-Sphere®. He has since performed more than 900 radioembolization procedures, and teaches this SIRT procedure using Y90 internal radiation beads nationwide.
